As is custom, we begin our exploration of the BetFury support options by opening up the BetFury live chat. You can access it via an icon in the lower-right of your screen, the headset one. The talk icon is the one for the public chat. Once you click the headset, the chat window pops up, and you get two options, you can search through the help section by typing in your inquiry in a search field, or you can request to speak to a representative. The live chat should be operational 24/7, and it runs on the Intercom platform. We were deep in conversation with the staff in less than a minute after asking our question. The person we spoke to was courteous and seemed informed, though there were over five-minute delays in-between his answers.
There seems to be no classic BetFury FAQ page on the site. The search option in the live chat window appears to be the only entry point to the BetFury Help section. We typed in a few inquiries and browsed through answers that contained screenshots and video guides on how to deposit, bet, and withdrawal. We enjoyed these detailed presentations. The site lists no BetFury email support. Inside its terms, it says that for complaints, you should contact the team at email@example.com. Strange that a casino as massive as this has a Gmail address for support. We pressed the live chat staff for a manager email and got this one – firstname.lastname@example.org.
The site also encourages users to reach out via the Telegram chat, as the platform frequently has support agents active there. The terms list their names and mentions @Steve_Betfury, as the top support manager. The public chat seemed pretty dead at the time of our visit.
